Eight sheets of chart paper posted around the room; one of the ID&R Challenges from pp. 3–10 in the Trainer’s Resource Materials taped to the top of each page; a sheet of blank copy paper covering each Challenge so participants cannot see what is written until directed

Let participants know they will now spend some time discussing the challenges of ID&R.
Ask participants to find the statements on the slide in their Outline (p. 3) and complete them independently.
When most participants are done, allow a five-minute table discussion so that everyone can share. Actively monitor discussions to keep participants on task.
