Reporting Fraud, Falsification, or Misconduct

If a recruiter has been asked to do something he or she

believes is inappropriate, the recruiter should

• make it clear that he or she is not comfortable with what is

being asked; and

• write down what happened with as much detail as

possible.

Tell participants that the Standards of Conduct should guide their behavior when being asked to do something that is inappropriate.
