Thumbs Up/Thumbs Down

An individual ID&R action plan forces the recruiter to

• think about what should be accomplished;

• establish recruitment objectives;

• decide the best way to attain these objectives; and

• develop specific action steps and timelines for the

completion of the recruitment objectives.

All responses should get a thumbs up. If any participants give thumbs down, ask why they voted that way. Ask someone who gave a thumbs up why he or she voted that way. Talk through with the group why the statement would warrant a thumbs up.
