Ask whose responsibility it is to find mistakes on COEs or any other documents kept on file; discuss.
Ensure participants realize all MEP staff members are responsible.
Ask what can be done at the local and state level to help ensure the quality of the recruitment system and recruiters’ work.
Listen to whether participants discuss the need for a rigorous quality control system, both at the state and local level. Remind participants that quality control was addressed in Module 2.
