Talking Points
Questions to guide the debrief:
Parents, did you feel comfortable with your recruiter? Why or why not?
Recruiters, what conversation patterns did your parents exhibit, and did they pose a communication barrier? If so, what did you do to get around it?
Observers, what were some of the strategies you saw the recruiter using that you would like to use in your own interviewing?
