• In 1 minute, explain one of the topics above to your

partner as if you are the recruiter and your partner is a

new migratory parent to the program.

Ask participants to relay their understanding of the topics above.

Once all participants have a partner and understand the task, set the timer for one minute and signal participants to begin.
After one minute, ask participants to use the questions in their Outline (p. 1) to debrief their conversation together. Make sure participants respond to all five questions.

Just because a family has a migratory history does not mean the family has ever been given information about the MEP. You should treat each family that is new to the district as if it is a new MEP family.
