Read the terms from the slide that recruiters should see on their cards.
Give participants a few minutes to think about how they are going to use the terms.
Clarify that they do not need to use terms in the order that they appear on the card.
Give participants a few minutes to write notes to themselves, either on the cards or in their Outline.
Once participants are ready, click to the next slide.
Demonstrate the task with this example, emphasizing the key terms:

I am with the Migrant Education Program. Our program provides education services to the children of migratory seasonal or temporary workers. The seasonal or temporary work should be in agriculture or fishing. It is my job to gather information through this interview to see if your children meet the eligibility requirements to qualify for the program. All the information I gather will be kept confidential and will only be shared with school district personnel and other educational agencies.
