The first section, “Before the Interview,” includes introductions and explanations.
“During the interview,” the recruiter is conducting the eligibility interview, asking questions of the family or youth to determine eligibility for the MEP.
After gathering information through these questions, in the “After the Interview” section, the recruiter transitions to a summary and confirmation of the eligibility information. Then, the recruiter closes the interview and leaves the family or youth. The final step involves contacting community agencies, following up on any promises made to the family, and thanking anyone who helped facilitate the interview.
