Some states may require recruiters to complete other forms to provide additional information on why the child is eligible or to gather additional information needed by the state. (The supplemental documents should be introduced at this time.)
Recruiters should only enter data on a COE if they think the source is credible because the COE serves as the primary record of child eligibility for an auditor or reviewer.
